WGTC Foundation Scholarship for Adult Education

I understand that I must be accepted for admission to the West Georgia Technical College to be considered for a scholarship. I authorize release of my financial and academic information to the scholarship selection committee and scholarship donors. I understand and agree that if selected for a scholarship that my name may be publicized.*

I understand that the scholarship funds may be used for tuition, fees, books, and pre-approved academic-related supplies only. Scholarship funds will not be distributed directly to the student. If awarded, the funds can be used for up to one year. I understand, any unused scholarship award balances will be forfeited after one year of the award, or if I withdraw from WGTC, or if I am not registered for two consecutive semesters.*

I understand that I must maintain any GPA, satisfactory academic progress, and program requirements for the duration of the academic year in order to keep any unused scholarship balances that fall within the year of the award.*
